Your tasks participation in various forms of recruitment (staff augmentation, mass recruitment, headhunting, and others) searching SAP experts for our open SAP projects (our end-clients are renowned European clients) conducting phone/online and personal interviews with potential candidates in Czech or in English/German languages updating and creating Job Descriptions and subsequent publication on social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn) and our website placing advertisements of new job vacancies (job portals) drawing up reports at regular intervals you will be a part of the Czech/Slovak/Polish/Bulgarian/German/Romanian recruitment team experience in leading a team is an advantage proactive creating of the network of SAP specialists in the Czech Republic active work with Linkedin, Xing, freelancer’s web portals, ... participation in career events Your profile experience with IT/SAP recruiting of at least 5 years education in the field of HR, or in similar fields (e.g., psychology) is an advantage established networking of IT (SAP) specialists (mainly on LinkedIn) Czech/Slovak - native, English – upper-intermediate (B2), German – an advantage Independence proactive and responsible approach team work ability to prioritize and enjoy the achievement of results organizational talent interest in new technologies Why teamative?
